The guarantee includes breakage and theft of equipment rented by the customer: The excess payable by the customer is set according to the category of ski equipment guaranteed. The guarantee is limited to a single claim per guaranteed ski equipment and per insurance period. The receipt for filing a complaint with the gendarmerie is mandatory for handling the theft of equipment. The theft guarantee does not apply if the equipment is stolen between 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Exclusions specific to the breakage guarantee: - Damage other than accidental material damage. - Damage caused to the exterior parts of the guaranteed ski equipment not affecting its proper functioning, such as scratches, chips, scratches. - Damage resulting from non-compliance with the use and maintenance instructions issued by the GLISS CENTER store. - Damage covered by the manufacturer's, distributor's or installer's warranty. - The intentional fault of the customer. Definition: - Accidental material damage: any externally visible deterioration or destruction, affecting the proper functioning of the guaranteed ski equipment and resulting from a sudden, unforeseen, irresistible event external to the insured and the guaranteed ski equipment, suffered involuntarily by the insured, and constituting the cause of the accidental material damage - subject to the exclusions of the guarantees.

You can change your equipment to test a new form of slides or use a more suitable hardware in new snow. - A maximum change during the rental period. - Change for the equivalent or lower range of equipment. - Ability to change such a ski against a snowboard. - Subject to available stock in stores. - This option does not allow to ski in the morning and surf all afternoon or vice versa.
